Hot Desking ("Hoteling")
Definition
Practice of not giving employees or tenants their own desk in the office. Instead, the firm provides a pool of fully equipped desks which are occupied as required. Hot-desking is possible where a firm's databases and services can be easily accessed via wireless or telephone links.

Medusa Voice makes extremely easy for a tenant to make and receive calls from a temporary or "day use" handset.
- The tenant will be able to sit down at a Hot Desking location and use the phone as if it was their own by simply logging into the phone using their username and password.
- The tenant will be able to receive all their inbound calls on the handset while they are logged in.
- The tenant will be able to make all their outbound calls on the while they are logged in and all the call accounting information will be recorded.

Medusa Data provides self-service portal that allows the tenant to obtain internet access by simply typing in their username and password into the portal.
- The tenant will automatically be placed into the correct internet service plan to ensure that the tenant.
- The tenant's bandwidth, both volume and performance, will be recorded and stored in a centralized database.
- The tenant can jump between multiple business center locations and all of their information (stored in the cloud) will simply move with them. This will always ensure that the tenant is able to use the internet and placed into the correct service plan.
Medusa WiFi
Meudsa WiFi provides an efficient method for ensuring that the tenant is able to have one set of credentials to access multiple locations.
- Medusa WiFi allows the operator to place time limits or an expiration (minutes, hours, days, months) on how long the tenant will be to access the internet.
- Medusa WiFi automatically syncs user information (credentials, service plan, bandwidth usage) between multiple locations.
