Operator Portal

Medusa provides the operator with a full functioning portal that allows the business center manager to oversee their entire technology solution through a simple, web-based portal.
Through the online portal, the center manager can perform some of the following functions:

Control panel to view tenant orders, set tenant pricing, and specific what services are visible through through the tenant portal (see above)
Setup new tenats with internet, voice, and WiFi access
Port the tenant's numbers
Setup new e-mail accounts for the tenants
Create online storage drives for the tenants
Request additional tenant support from an executive suite technology specialist
Order additional telephone handsets
View and pay bill bills
