  • Medusa Voice handsets are plug n' play which allows the end user to simply connect the handset into the internet connection via a physical cable or wireless connection and the handset will automatically connect to the Medusa cloud. Best of all, the handsets can be moved from one location to the next without requiring any type of configuration changes.
  • Through a toolbar that resides both in your web browser [Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc] and Microsoft Outlook on your laptop, office computer, and/or home computer, the tenant can easily make adds, moves, or changes.
    For example, if a tenant is working from home and does not want to be disturbed, they can simply click on the button DND button the toolbar.



    For example, if a tenant needs to run an errand is going to be out of the office or away from their handset, they can easily activate simul-ring which will cause multiple devices to ring when an individual tries to dial their extension or direct number.

  • To allow for ultimate mobility, Medusa Voice provides an application for the I-Phone, I-Pad, and other smart devices. This device allows the teleworker to ensure that they never miss a call. In addition, this technology allows the teleworker to remain professional at all times by allowing them to make calls from their mobile device to customer and have the outbound number appear as if they were in their office.

Medusa Receptionist

  • Medusa has a live team of multi-lingual professionals to help complement your existing reception staff.
  • Through our cloud-based Call Pop system, the tenant is able to remotely keep the receptionist apprised to all their activities such as lunch meetings, conference calls, or out of office periods through the tenant web portal. The web based system ensures that the receptionist can always professional and properly handle all of the incoming calls.
