Tenant Portal

Medusa has developed a portal that can be white labeled with the executive suite's logo and easily integrated into the operator's existing website. Through this portal, the tenant can achieve the following:

• Read about the selected technology offerings (Operator can select what services they would like to display in the tenant portal)
• Order services online (Operator is notified about each order and must validate order before service is activated)
• Tenant control panel that allows the tenants to completely control their online services such as e-mail or web hosting
• Pay invoice online (online payment system connects to the Operators online merchant account)
