How It Works
We make it easy for our clients
There are no telephone lines, servers or PBX to install-just an Medusa Voice router and connectivity. All you need is CAT5 cabling or better and a Local Area Network (LAN), and you are all set.
On our side: No single point of failure
Our network is housed in multiple data centers, with diverse connectivity, redundant equipment, and communication over several carriers.
- Our carrier-grade softswitches are housed in world-class premiere data centers and connect to your office via private T-1 connections for the highest level of Quality of Service (QOS)
- We groom our customer's primary and back up connectivity to different end points to ensure redundancy
- We route calls over diverse carriers
- The components of our Hosted VoIP Phone System are built on and live on separate servers so there is no single point of failure
- Our multiple data centers are connected and communicate with each other. As a result we are prepared for any possible equipment or availability issues that may arise
